Twice as nice: Why O’Keeffe sisters of Nobles chose Dartmouth

They were determined to make their recruiting journeys -- and arrive at their destinations -- separately.

When it came time for college visits, talented twin sisters Fiona and Annie O’Keeffe from Noble and Greenough opted to split up, each taking in potential landing spots individually so as not to influence the other’s judgment.

“We weren’t a package deal,” said Annie, “but we were definitely interested in the same group of schools.”

On Sept. 11, Annie made a visit to Dartmouth College and loved it. She tried to keep her excitement close to the vest since her sister would be visiting the following weekend.
