Connor Kelly’s lacrosse travels have taken him all over the country. The Easton, Conn., product played collegiately at Maryland, then professionally in Atlanta, San Diego, and New York, not to mention all the stops he made as part of the Premier Lacrosse League in 2019.
Despite the toll traveling can take, Kelly loves to visit new places and meet new people, teaching the game to the next generation.
He could also be called “Mr. Expansion” — Kelly’s two NLL seasons were with expansion teams, the San Diego Seals in 2019 and the New York Riptide in 2020, and he was recently selected in the expansion draft for the PLL’s Waterdogs.
It is an unorthodox journey, but Kelly wouldn’t have it any other way.
