The Tobin brothers relish experience as UMass teammates

Kevin Tobin made the All-CAA 2nd Team as a sophomore, collecting 41 points in 15 games, including at least one in his last 11 games of the year.

When Kevin Tobin (Reading, Mass.) committed to the University of Massachusetts, head coach Greg Canella knew he was getting a talented player. What he wasn’t aware of at the time was that he was, figuratively, getting a two-for-one commitment.

That’s because Kevin’s younger brother, Mike, knew that he hoped to one day be recruited by and play for the same school. Now, in 2020, that dream for the Tobin brothers is a reality as Kevin, a junior, and Mike, a freshman, are teammates at UMass.
