Last issue, we talked about focusing on the next 100 yards of the COVID-19 marathon as a way to cope with losing our seasons. Since then, we’ve all figured out how to work out at home and use Zoom (probably too well) while also attending a lot of meetings without actually connecting.
Now, as we look toward getting back to our turf and teams, it’s important to know what the next 100 yards actually looks like.
First of all, know the next 100 yards and getting back to work will be different, or even difficult. Training at home or in a gym isn’t the same as training with your team. So, it’s time to practice like you play and get ahead of the curve.
