Hey, readers. I hope this article finds you all healthy and as happy as possible connecting with family at home, and the rest of the newly-virtual world.

With seemingly endless random workouts posted online and available free through social media, it’s time we take the randomness out of your training equation and provide some structure. This month, teaming with new creative director Kevin Jordan, I want to weave healthy daily habits into your routine while you’re staying six feet away from anyone outside your family and searching the Internet for answers.
