PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Bryant wrapped up its fall ball schedule on Sunday, playing against Rutgers in a competitive fall tilt.
For the Bulldogs, the scrimmage against Rutgers was as spirited as their earlier win against Brown, and gave them some room to play more of their young guns. The roster turnover on all three of these teams has been high this offseason, so this was more of a preview of things to come than it was an exercise in playing underclassmen.
Bryant, in particular, has had to deal with an influx of new players as it graduated a number of starters and brought a whopping 17 true freshmen into the program.
When you add that to the burgeoning group of sophomores and redshirts who have returned itching for playing time, you see that the Bulldogs are one of the more intriguing teams in the region heading into 2025.
