Take care of yourself and reap the benefits

Fall ball is here, and we want to be our best on the recruiting tournament trail. Too often we grind ourselves to the bone with training and fail to consider the importance of rest, recovery and regeneration to our overall performance.

Here are some tips to staying energized and gameready at fall tournaments this month:
