Lessons learned from 25 years in the game

I turned 40 in October. As an age defier/denier, I wanted to take a look back at some of the lessons and tricks I learned over the past 25 years in the game that aided my performance and overall enjoyment of lacrosse.

First off, each experience is unique and special. Practice, games, pickup in the backyard, camps, specialty clinics … you name it. Every time you step onto a field is an opportunity to improve and connect with your teammates, coaches and opponents.
