COLUMBIA, Md. -- There are currently 15 rising seniors at Taft School who have made their commitments to play lacrosse in college, most at the Division 1 level.

After what they accomplished Thursday and Friday at the National High School Lacrosse Showcase, they’ll definitely bear watching again next spring.

Taft emerged as the top team out of 21 acclaimed programs from around the country in the White Session of the NHSLS, geared toward teams made up of players returning next season. Earlier in the week, a team from Deerfield Academy claimed the 17-team Red Session, featuring outgoing seniors and PGs.
