The Fall Classic Tournament, formerly called the Mayflower Classic, took place in Taunton, Mass., recently.
The event was home to a veritable cornucopia of the region’s top club teams. There were so many teams that the battle for overall supremacy had to be split into several different divisions and age levels.
As a result, only a few teams went undefeated on the day, but one of them was Piatelli Lacrosse’s top 2023 team. The squad was coached by Western New England head coach John Klepacki.
