Thursday, Nov. 11, was Veterans Day. A time to celebrate those that have served in the military.
It was also, coincidentally, the day that several players from all manner of sports signed their National Letters of Intent to officially play their chosen sport at a college that recruited them. The thing is -- we already knew they were going to sign that letter up to 14 months ago.
You can, right now, go to our lists of boys from the region's Class of 2023 and girls from the region's Class of 2023 who have committed to play men’s and women’s lacrosse at their respective college. It gets updated multiple times a week and has been active since early September of this year.
There have already been instances where a player commitment was sent forth to us and then swiftly taken down because that player changed their mind.
