North Carolina defensive standout Will Bowen (Cohasset, Mass.) and faceoff specialist Zac Tucci (Bedford, N.H.) were among five players from the region added to the watch lists for the Tewaaraton Awards on Friday.
The watch lists include the top players across all three divisions of NCAA lacrosse and highlight the contenders for the 2021 Tewaaraton Award, which annually honors the top male and female college lacrosse player in the United States.
Originally, 55 men and 57 women made up the watch lists, including nine players from the region. Five men’s and five women’s finalists will be announced in early May.
