On a side exit off of a back road in rural New Hampshire, players from 10 different states gathered for the Midnight Riders training camp this weekend.
They ranged in age from middle school to high school seniors, but while the ages differed the goal was the same: become a better box lacrosse player.
The Midnight Riders are a box lacrosse club team that has members of a dozen other field club teams on their rosters. That is a feat in and of itself given the competitive nature of the club lacrosse business.
But box lacrosse isn’t field lacrosse.
