The first annual Road 2 Prep Showcase is, in short, a recruitment showcase for younger players who want to play high school lacrosse at a prep school. This includes, but is not limited to, players from the classes of 2024, ‘25, and ‘26.
However, it’s not just a showcase for prep coaches. It’s also a training event for the players.
“Road 2 Prep is independent from any club lacrosse affiliation and will provide the opportunity for athletes nationwide to train with the best in front of the top Independent Boarding & Day Schools in the country,” said Scott Singer, one of the directors and the former coach at Roxbury Latin.
“This event is open to the best players from any town, club, high school and state. We felt strongly about partnering with the top small group trainers in lacrosse to assist with our on-field training and could not be more excited to have First Class Lacrosse, the Faceoff Academy and Goalie Smith working with all attending athletes.”
