Weekend takeaways: Why Harvard, Ivies were big winners

The Ivy League is emerging as a true national power thanks to the records and performances of the majority of its teams.

A huge win for Harvard, a key second-half stand for Brown and a well-earned win for Yale were all part of the biggest results of the weekend.

However, Division 3 produced some intriguing results, too, as juggernaut Tufts was pushed to the brink by an unlikely opponent. Babson and Endicott battled to an exciting overtime conclusion that could have ripple effects across the region.
