It was an eventful weekend full of upsets -- but not for any New England teams.
Although, No. 3 Duke fell at the hands of former Tufts attackman Max Waldbaum and Jacksonville if you were looking for tangential connections.
Let’s take a walk through some of the more eventful games in the region and what these early results could mean for their respective teams.
Of course, the one game that most people outside the region watched was Syracuse’s dome-to-dome dominance of overmatched Holy Cross, 28-5. The less said of that game the better.
