Weekend Roundup: Tufts outlasts Amherst

Conference races around New England just got a whole lot more interesting.

Starting in the NESCAC, we have Tufts and Bates deadlocked at the top after the former and Amherst battled it out in a game for the ages.

Then in the NEWMAC, Coast Guard and Springfield continue to wrestle for the pinnacle, while the same can be said of Saint Joseph's (Maine) and Lasell in the GNAC. Meanwhile, status quo seems to have settled into the Little East with Keene State and into the CCC with Western New England.

As that shapes up, here are the biggest storylines from the weekend that was:
