Weekend Roundup: BU, UMass make statements

On Saturday, the center of the college lacrosse world might as well have revolved around Massachusetts. Locals have Boston University and UMass to thank for that.

BU and UMass both pulled off upsets that few beyond their respective locker rooms saw coming, while Harvard was no match for Penn in making some Ivy League history.

Beyond the Bay State, a New England native played hero in the annual Army-Navy game, Vermont could capture a regular-season title in America East and Sacred Heart made some history of its own.
