As the college lacrosse season marches on across New England, another full weekend of games is here.

Leading the way is the return of Ivy League competition, with the region's Ancient Eight clubs – Harvard, Dartmouth, Yale and Brown – all squaring off Saturday with conference points on the line. While the Ivy League has been run by Penn and Princeton as of late, the local teams shouldn't be counted out.

To preview what's in store, we examine the state of each team, including a player to watch for and the ups and downs of recent weeks.

Once the games wrap up, keep an eye out for our weekend roundup featuring New England's teams and top players outside the region.
