The Independent School League has undergone a bit of a renaissance this season.
There are a number of new coaches and new players stepping up for their squads. Whether it’s a traditional power like Belmont Hill -- which likely secured first place with Wednesday's win over Noble and Greenough -- or an up-and-coming team like Middlesex, it seems like every team has cultivated some extra talent this offseason.
Some of that talent is changing the face of the league and a lot of it is young and hungry for playoff success.
