Connecticut has produced players who are currently making an impact at the top of the college lacrosse scene.
Guys like Xander Dickson (Greenwich, Conn.) and Griffin Schutz (Trumbull, Conn.) of Virginia, Logan McGovern (Darien, Conn.) of North Carolina, Ryan Schriber (Wilton, Conn.) of Michigan and plenty of others are talked about every weekend as some of the best at the college level.
Before those players reached stardom though, they had breakthrough seasons, when they became a regular starter, grew into their role and took off.
