New England lacrosse fans may not watch the Big East closely given that only one team from the region -- Providence -- is a member.
This may be the year to start paying more attention to the conference as a whole, though.
It’s not just Denver and Georgetown making national waves. Teams from all over the Big East are recruiting more and more talent from the region and their rosters are a reflection of that.
