
There are so many Division 3 colleges with men’s lacrosse programs in the New England region that it’s nigh impossible to keep track of all of them. However, the turnover in the coaching ranks of those schools is not very high -- especially at the higher end of the spectrum.
This offseason has been a different story as we have seen two NESCAC schools make significant changes in their leadership -- Sean Woods is taking over at Amherst College after the school parted ways with Rashad Devoe, and Bowdoin hired former Lasell University coach Bill Mason to succeed Jason Archbell.
The domino effect of the coaching changes is not vast, but it is significant.
