As one-half of North Carolina’s dynamic duo at the face-off X, Zac Tucci (Bedford, N.H.) has made an indelible impact for the would-be NCAA champions.

North Carolina dispatched Monmouth in its opening-round tournament game in emphatic style, beating the Hawks, 16-4.

On Saturday (2:30 p.m.), the top-seeded Tar Heels will line up against a tougher opponent in Rutgers, a team that was considered a bubble squad by some at selection time but is still very explosive in its own right.

For Tucci and his face-off unit, it's another opponent to prepare for in their quest for a national championship.
