DEDHAM, Mass. -- In stellar performance to cap a stellar season, top-seeded Belmont Hill knocked off sixth-seeded Middlesex, 19-6, in the Independent School League championship tournament final on Sunday.
With a wall-to-wall performance in all phases of the game, Belmont Hill took home the title, its 14th in history and first since 2017.
The team’s season against ISL foes, in a word? Flawless.
From the opening faceoff Sunday, Belmont Hill played a polished, snappy and purposeful game, never yielding the lead or giving an inch.
