Year after year, Massachusetts public schools send players off to college lacrosse programs. Simply put, Division 1, 2 and 3 coaches know they can turn to these teams because their alums continually prove they thrive at the next level.
So, who's next up?
To answer that, New England Lacrosse Journal has highlighted 20 players from across the MIAA who should be among the state's top players this spring. The group features juniors and seniors alike, and was determined with valued input from several coaches.
Others are bound to impress as the games get going – that's part of the fun with high school athletics. Until then, these 20 are sure-things.
