Top 10: Vermont climbing after impressive win over Albany

With conference races heating up, several teams throughout New England delivered in a major way – and the tides are shifting in this week's rankings.

Yale and Boston University won big, while Vermont and Sacred Heart also are coming off strong weeks of their own. Meanwhile, Holy Cross kept the good times rolling against Lafayette, and several teams saw their undefeated streaks snapped.

But how does that all impact this weeks rankings as the season hits the stretch run? Outside of the top two, there's plenty of movement up and down.
