Top 10: Boston University hitting its groove ahead of Patriot League play

The past weekend of games saw two top-five matchups in New England, as Yale and Massachusetts went to overtime and Boston University hosted the University of Vermont.

From that, there's some shuffling atop the weekly New England Lacrosse Journal top 10. Two programs from the region also return to the rankings after solid weeks, though that could soon change with parity abound.

In our Player of the Week section, one is from New England, while the other two have roots in New York – both upstate and Long Island. 

Several all-New England matchups – UMass Lowell vs. Dartmouth, Providence vs. Harvard and more – are on deck and could greatly shape next week’s story.
