It’s been a tough year for fans of the New England-based Ivy League teams.
Of the four -- Dartmouth, Harvard, Yale and Brown -- only Yale made the Ivy League tournament and, realistically, only Yale has a chance to get into the NCAA tournament with its record and RPI.
But the easiest way to get into the dance is to punch your ticket by winning the Ivy League tournament. Third-seeded Yale can take a step toward that achievement tonight when it faces No. 2 Princeton in the first semifinal in Ithaca, N.Y. (6 p.m.).
