At 6-feet tall, Cohasset (Mass.) High School midfielder Molly Stephens knows what height can mean on the lacrosse field.
She also knows great players need to have other things, too.
In a South Shore town that’s riding a recent wave of high-end girls lacrosse talent, Stephens became the latest player to announce her Division 1 plans when she committed to the admissions process at Brown over the weekend.
She’ll follow a D-1 trail blazed recently by sisters Elle and Jane Hansen (Northwestern), plus Notre Dame Academy product Madison Ahern, who is coming off an All-American freshman season at Notre Dame.
