DEVENS, Mass. --- It was a busy day of lacrosse at Rogers Field on Sunday.
Laxtoberfest --- hosted by PrimeTime Lacrosse --- featured club teams from the 2036-2027 age groups, and a lot of talent was on display. Sunny skies and warm temperatures didn't hurt, either.
A lot of lacrosse is played at events like this. To narrow my focus, my approach to this one-day showcase was on two age groups: the '30s and the '29s. These tournaments are the perfect time to become familiar with freshmen and sophomores who will make an impact on the high school and prep scene this coming spring.
I didn't get to see every team from these two divisions. I focused on watching games in full to gather as much insight as possible. A separate story will cover standouts and takeaways from the '29s.
Let's dive in.
