When Michael Sciamanna was on the recruiting trail while working as an assistant coach at Endicott College, he was hopeful that North Andover (Mass.) High School standout Patrick Sweeney would join the program and help continue its success.
At 6-foot-4, Sweeney stood out not only for his stature but also for the athleticism within such a big frame.
So, when Sciamanna took the head coaching job at Division 2 Saint Anselm, he was pleased to see who would be joining him as part of the incoming freshman class.
