Following in the path of teammate and Syracuse commit John Mullen, Norwell (Mass.) High School goalie Ryan Daly will be playing Division 1 lacrosse.

Last month, Daly committed to the University of Vermont. It wasn’t much of a surprise for his head coach at Norwell, Josh Stolp.

“I know he’s been looking for a while,” said Stolp. “Several different schools were asking about him and then he went to a summer event and did great for his club team.”

That club team is Kings Lacrosse, one of the most respected clubs in the region. Daly starred in net for the Kings all summer, drawing attention from several coaches.
