As a freshman at Hamden Hall Country Day School in Connecticut, Kaci Benoit’s college lacrosse dreams were admittedly modest.
“I was not even thinking of a top-25, top-30 Division 1 school,” she said.
And now? Try a top-two.
Benoit, a junior midfielder at Darien (Conn.) High School, recently made her commitment to Syracuse, the team that fell to Boston College in the NCAA championship game on May 30.
