Carly Young (Derry, N.H.) played her high school lacrosse at New Hampshire state power Pinkerton Academy.
A first-team All-State selection on defense her senior year, she went on to play college lacrosse at Iona, where she started every game in four years for the Gaels.
After graduation, she returned to New Hampshire and was presented with the opportunity to take over the girls program at Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, N.H. Now entering her first season in charge of the Wildcats, Young is focusing on building the program into a contender in the prep ranks.
We caught up with Young for a Q&A.
