The conclusion of the NCAA season always brings change in the coaching ranks. One of the first changes to occur this season was Brendan Callahan's departure from Dartmouth.
In the wake of that move, Callahan recently accepted a position as the boys' lacrosse head coach at Proctor Academy, where he will also work in admissions. Proctor's previous coach, Zack Zavalick, left the program after a brief stint to pursue other opportunities.
It's quite a job going from the Ivy League to the prep ranks, but Callahan is optimistic about hitting the ground running as the newest coach in the Lakes Region.
He spoke to New England Lacrosse Journal's Kyle Devitte about his transition.
