Much has changed for the Pingree School boys lacrosse program in a year.
At the outset of the abbreviated 2021 season, the focus was on skill development and rebuilding its foundation after the COVID stoppage in 2020.
Fast forward to 2022, the team is battle-tested and ready to work, and following the example of head coach Kevin Tersolo, who is in his 11th year with the program.
Diagnosed with smoldering myeloma, a form of blood cancer, nearly six months ago, Tersolo has been in a trial treatment program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since November.
