Another great year in Division 1 men’s lacrosse begins this weekend, with Merrimack, Providence, Holy Cross and Vermont all in action.
Last year was historic in the region for a multitude of reasons. We had sleeper teams finally wake up and we had programs on the cusp of greatness finally break through.
This season might not have as many historic rises, but the best part about a new campaign is that games aren't won on paper.
All that being said, here are the top 10 teams in the region as the new season gets under way.
