The last time Middlebury enjoyed a full season in women’s lacrosse, it went 22-1 and battled its way all the way to the NCAA championship in 2019, the program’s second in four years.
Remarkably, there are several ties to that title on the team this spring, which is off to a 10-0 start, ranked No. 1 in Division 3, atop the NESCAC and giving indications it might also be built to claim, once again, the season's biggest prize.
