FOXBORO, Mass. — The Premier Lacrosse League announced Tuesday that Gillette Stadium will host the league’s All-Star Game for the first time on July 16.
The world’s best lacrosse players will come together at the home of the New England Patriots and Revolution to compete in the All-Star Game and showcase their skills in the All-Star Skills Challenge. Tickets will go on sale to the general public in mid-March.
The host of the PLL’s inaugural weekend in 2019 and last season’s first weekend, Gillette Stadium has also hosted five NCAA men’s championships since 2008, and holds the NCAA Division 1 men’s championship attendance record of 48,970 set in 2008.
It also set three of the top four attendance marks for Division 1 championship games since 2012, and the top three Division 2 and Division 3 national championship attendance marks.
