James Beaudoin was named the head coach of the Phillips Andover boys lacrosse team in August of 2019.
He knew there was a lot of history and tradition in the program, and he studied and tried to understand it.
In talking to alumni, it was clear how much they loved their coaches and how much being a part of the lacrosse program was to their experience at the school. There is a pride that comes with graduating from the program.
With that in mind, Beaudoin started a new tradition surrounding its captain ceremony.
