In East Sandwich, Mass., it’s a graduation party weekend for the Philie family. Aidan, the youngest of five siblings, will be saluted for finishing his education at Deerfield Academy, just like his four older siblings.
Then, just like his four older siblings, he’ll turn his attention to college lacrosse.
Growing up on Cape Cod, the sport was always a part of their lives. Their father, Ned, played at the University of New Hampshire before that program was cut, and all five of the Philie (pronounced Feely) children developed at a high level, lacrosse-wise.
