Bill Mason was named the head men’s lacrosse coach at Bowdoin College just a few short months ago.
A former assistant coach at Bates, Mason returns to the New England Small College Athletic Conference after six years as the head coach at Lasell.
While he may not be the newest head coach appointed in the NESCAC (that honor belongs to Amherst’s Sean Woods), Mason is one of the most intriguing hires in years.
The Southborough, Mass., native sat down with New England Lacrosse Journal to talk about his lacrosse journey and how he wants to impact the trajectory of the Bowdoin men’s lacrosse program.
