Dylan Molloy took his seat at the table of the PLL Championship Series postgame press conference and immediately grabbed one of the Gatorades that had been sitting, label out for the cameras, on the table through the Atlas and Paul Rabil conference sessions.
He asked the media members assembled in the side room at St. James if the refreshments were available or just for show.
Then, he looked up and gave a coy smile – the kind of smile toddlers give their parents when they are doing something they know they shouldn’t be – and claimed the bottle was already open and accused everyone attending of being shady.
It was just the beginning of Molloy’s playfulness during the press conference, a side of himself he doesn’t often reveal in interviews.
