New Hampshire, other states play waiting game

In New Hampshire and elsewhere, the waiting game continues.

Gov. Chris Sununu issued a statewide, stay-at-home order on Thursday afternoon to address the coronavirus disease, one set to go into effect Friday and last until May 4. It’s another blow to high school lacrosse teams hoping that the April 13 start date suggested by the NHIAA earlier this month could be met.

Instead, like other New England states, New Hampshire will likely take some more time social distancing and waiting before any formal lacrosse activities can begin.
