Each week, the coaches of the MIAA rank the top 20 teams in the state. Representatives from the Tri Valley League, Middlsex League, Merrimack Valley Conference, Cape Ann League, Northeastern League, Bay State League, Hockomock Conference, and Catholic Conference have votes, making up around 30 total coaches on a given week.
