While the NCAA season technically started last week with an uber-early game down south between Bellarmine and Mercer, this weekend is the real start of the Division 1 season.
We are going to have to wait a couple more weeks for the Ivy League and a few more weeks for the NESCAC to rev their engines, but for now, it’s safe to say that the D-1 season is officially upon us.
