LAKE PLACID, N.Y. – The Nations Best teams have taken Lake Placid by storm this week.
Made up of players from across the country in the 3-Step ecosystem, these teams were constructed with the input of several coaches and administrators.
The most prevalent of those figures is Tyler Russell. I had a chance to sit down with Russell, the director of national teams for 3-Step, and go over his process, criteria, and mindset in undertaking such a daunting task.
