SUDBURY, Mass. -- The MIAA Division 1 champs remain fun to watch this week, even if their win total wasn't as high as it was during the spring.

St. John's Prep is always enjoyable to watch play offense or defense because the Eagles walk that line of toughness and joy like very few teams can.

This young squad was bereft of many returning seniors, most notably Johns Hopkins commit Jimmy Ayers, but it still played with the confidence of an older team.

The Eagles dropped their first two games of the New England Lacrosse Showcase, but the contests were at least close.
