SUDBURY, Mass. — Hingham was one of several Division one MIAA teams to participate in the New England Lacrosse Showcase held at Lincoln-Sudbury High School.
The Harbormen split their results right down the middle, winning two games and dropping two games. However, in their two losses, they were very much in the game, battling with their opponents with their trademark South Shore intensity.
The team that went 14-3 — with two wins against rival Duxbury — acquitted itself nicely against a set of entirely new opponents. With victories over Baldwinsville (N.Y.) and Mercer Island (Wash.), Hingham showed that its frenetic pace can secure wins against any team in the country.
